Step 1: Complete Your Kick-Off Form
This helps me learn about your current goals, focus areas, and what kind of support will help you most
Step 2: Choose Your Check-In Day
In your Kick-Off Form you’ll select a dedicated check-in day (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) each week inside the MIDFIT messaging tab.
On your day, you’ll:
- Submit your Weekly Check-In Tracker (emailed to you on Sundays/due on Mondays)
- Share how your week went — wins, struggles, upcoming events, or questions
- Receive a personal response from me with direction, feedback, and next steps
Step 3: Show up and stay consistent.
These check-ins are designed to help you build momentum, stay aligned, and keep your progress steady — without overwhelm.
