I’m a married mom of 2, and an ovarian Cancer survivor turned health nut, living on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. I’ve learned the hard way that having the confidence and energy to become the person I want to be, on the inside AND the outside, starts with knowing how to live a truly healthy lifestyle.
I spent my young adult life trying every diet in the book and exercising to the point of exhaustion. I thought extreme exercise and restrictive diets were the only way...but nothing ever worked long-term. Learning about macros and effective exercise was something that delivered lasting results in a very healthy way! This method transformed my life and I know it can do the same for you!
